Here’s what most women want to know before joining
Do I need prior coaching experience?
No experience is required. We’ll start with the foundations and build up step by step until you’re confident and equipped.
What type of coaching can I do with this certification?
This certification equips you to coach in any life coaching niche from spiritual growth to health, relationships, leadership, or beyond. You’ll leave with the tools and biblical foundation to confidently serve wherever God calls you.
What will my certification say?
When you successfully complete the program, you’ll receive an official certificate. You’ll have the option to choose your designation:
Certified Spirit-Led Coach or
Certified Faith-Based Coach
Both carry the same training and weight - the distinction is yours to choose based on how you want to present your coaching practice.
Can I start my own coaching practice after this?
Yes and absolutely! This certification is designed to equip you with the tools, frameworks, and confidence to launch your own coaching practice in any niche you feel called to.
Do I really need a certification to coach?
Technically, no - the coaching industry isn’t regulated. But here’s why it matters: certification gives you credibility, equips you with Spirit-led skills, and ensures you’re coaching with excellence and integrity. It also sets you apart in a noisy industry where anyone can call themselves a coach
How much time each week should I expect to commit?
Plan for about 2–3 hours per week for lessons, practice calls, and reflection. The more you put in, the more transformation you’ll see.
When will the calls be held?
Because this is a small beta round, we’ll vote as a group to find the best times for everyone. That way, you’ll have a say in scheduling and can plan with confidence.
What if I can’t make a call?
All teaching sessions are recorded, but practice calls must be attended live. Coaching is a hands-on skill, and your growth comes from showing up and practicing in real time.
What are the requirements for certification?
To be certified as a Whole + Holy Spirit-Led Coach, you’ll need to:
- Plan to attend all live practice coaching calls. Teaching calls can be watched on replay, but practice calls in phase 4 are where your growth happens. If you must miss one, you’ll need to notify us in advance and arrange a makeup.
- Complete all modules and weekly assignments.
- Actively engage in peer coaching. This includes coaching and being coached each week.
- Submit a recorded 1:1 coaching call with a person of your choice for review.
We don’t expect perfection because life happens. But showing up, participating fully, and honoring your commitment is what will prepare you to coach with confidence and integrity.

Hi, I’m Malaika, Founder of Whole + Holy.
When I first started health coaching, I thought it was only about weight loss.
But God showed me it was really about soul healing, spiritual freedom, and lasting transformation.
Over the years, I’ve coached and walked with women across 8 countries, invested thousands of hours, and built a global community of women chasing Jesus together.
But here’s what I’ve learned: I can’t do this alone.
The Lord made it clear that this isn’t just about my voice.
It’s about raising up a movement of Spirit-led coaches who carry the same heart, the same message, and the same commitment to wholeness - all while pointing back to Him.
This certification isn’t just training.
It’s discipleship. It’s destiny.
It’s equipping you to step into the calling God has placed on your life and to lead with confidence, compassion, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
